Ask once, not by email

State what the contract is and which documents you need. Engineers read the terms first and answer from their own wallet, so nothing comes back as an attachment you have to sort.

Somebody here reads every registration before your first request can reach anyone. That review is what an engineer is trusting when they decide to send you their licence, so it is a person and not a form check — usually a day or two.
